Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and insured.

  Pack the Device

  Securely place the headphones or audio equipment along with all original accessories and manuals into the original product box and shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
